  17. 1) Your vendor may sell the library code
  18. 2) The gcc library code is available from prep.mit.edu
  19. 3) The book "The Standard C Library" by P.J. Plauger  contains such code
  20.     [ISBN 0-13-131509-9].  The code is available in MS-DOS format on
  21.     diskettes for $49.95 + $15.00 S&H for Italy from R&D publications,
  22.     2601 Iowa St, Lawrence KS 66056-9972.
